See what all the buzz is about! Bees Knees is the ultimate honey-fused, sustainably-sourced finishing touch to any dish.
Ingredients

500g mixed zucchini

80mls Bees Knees dressing
-
200g marinated goats feta
-
20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

10g sea salt flakes

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

20g sunflower seeds
Directions
Drain feta and remove any marinating aromatics.
Put in bowl or food processor with lemon juice and 2 tbsp of the olive oil. Process to a smooth paste and set aside.
Thinly slice zucchini into rounds. Place into mixing bowl and lightly toss with pinched salt and remaining oil. Let it sit for 3 mins the salt will soften the zucchini.
Toast seeds in a frying pan on medium heat until golden. Set aside to cool.
To serve, pile zucchini on your favourite serving platter with dollops of whipped feta.
Drizzle Bees Knees dressing over the top and garnish with sunflower seeds.
