Café de Paris is a deliciously decadent butter which will transport the tastebuds and delight the senses.
Mushrooms are a perfect option when looking for Meatless Monday recipes. Cafè de Paris is best suited with the portobello mushroom which has the ideal texture and flavour profile to take the place of a burger at your next barbecue.
40g Café de Paris butter
10ml olive oil
5g sea salt flakes
Preheat oven to 180C, prepare roasting tray with baking paper.
Trim and discard the stems of the mushrooms.
Brush with oil, salt to taste and place on tray stem side up.
Bake in oven for 10 mins or until the mushrooms are soft. Remove from oven then place the Café de Paris butter discs in centre of the tray to melt.
